Pioneers & Suffragist was awarded a Commendation at this years Victorian History Awards
The presentation took place at the Edge Theatre in Federation Square on Monday 21st October.
PIONEERS and SUFFRAGISTS aims to identify 360 women who lived in Colac and the surrounding districts in 1891. These pioneers and suffragists were among the 30,000 women who signed the Monster Petition in support of Victorian women being granted the vote.
